The second phase of investigation into the house breathing focused on tools and techniques for notation. Reference works from artist's Cameron Robbins and Gordon Monahan inspired the creation of an aluminium wind chime.

 

The sound clippings denote temporal and spatial qualities within the house across the day, using a purpose-built device intended to exaggerate movement of air and light, through sound.
