Extending on from the surveying exercise was a process of distortion. The process experimented with was to distort the auditory domestic interior landscape. I layered the sound recording admissions to create one new file, and then manipulated this in a number of ways. Techniques employed included rerecording the recordings, shifting the pitch, creating lags, lengthening and shortening; distorting these familiar sounds to the point of being now unrecognisable.
